Naveed Ahmad Marwat, The chairman of the 21 Group of Companies, is the inspiration behind this project, which was established in 2012. GALAXY ENCLAVE stands as one of Pakistan’s most experienced real estate enterprises, with a track record of years delivering international standard projects throughout the nation. The company has successfully implemented fully integrated projects in diverse sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Farmhouses, etc.
Galaxy Enclave Islamabad is a housing project located in Farsh town near Sultana Foundation, Lahtrar Road. This project consists of 3 blocks, a Traditional block which is already been delivered, a Premium Block that will be built on a 500-kanal area, and offers 3.5, 5, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal Plots on 4 years easy installments. And a Commercial Block named Business Capital. Business Capital is in the 300 Kanal area. In Business Capital we are planning an artificial lake on 40 Kanal.
